Yes it does replace the front and rear covers also different side skirts. It is on Tanabe DF springs that I got from Element114. The wheels are 19x8.5 and 19x10. not sure on the offset specs. Thanks Greg...

Wow...the Element114 is damn awesome! I didn't like it before, but now, especially seeing it on a SGM makes me want it now.
