When I had my TSX my boyfriend was driving the car and a rock hit the windshield and it looked worse than that and I had it filled before it cracked and you COULD NOT see that anything had EVER hit it.. Only 60.00 to do it and he came out to my house! Do it quickly! I should've took before and after pics, I was totally amazed!

My windshield was impacted by some object this past weekend and by the time I got it to the an autoglass shop, the crack had spead a couple of mm. Fortunately they were able to fill and seal it with a guarantee, $60.

It's almost invisible now.

Well, the guys just came and and fixed the crack. It looks a lot better, still a little mark on there, but not really noticible unless you know it's there. Insurace covered it, saved me $85. Apparently our windshields aren't even available yet. I talked to the lady from the repair shop and she said that she didn't have our windshields available yet. And the guy working on the car said that it would be a pain in the **** to replace the windshield because it is so tight. He said it would probably scratch the shizit out of the car when he cut it out.

Actually, my windshield cracked and I got it replaced at a lexus dealership 2 months ago. They can order the windshield, and since it's so new, it'll take them 3-5 days and $1200 to backorder it, but they did a good job, looks good as new and no problems yet. If you ever need to replace the windshield you can order it from a lexus dealership.

Well that's good to know. I guess Harmon autoglass didn't know what they were talking about.

They said that they were going to use a genuine Lexus windshield. But they couldn't get it.

eh, there is no new production vehicle from Lexus that you cant get parts for, no matter how new it is. They either did not check or did not care. Every new car has initial stock of parts available just in case. Of course, it might take a bit time but you will be able to get it...
