Perma-Plate Question

Hi Everyone, I'm pretty Late on this discussion but was wondering if the Perma Plate with Tires for Life Reward are worth it? I just bought an IS350 in obsidian and they offered the package for $1295. The Tires are an incentive if I buy the Perma Plate. I just have to do my oil changes at a Lexus dealership -- which I was told I could negotiate the price on each time at the service centers.
I'm really only interested in it because of the tires. The Turanza's are like over $800 each time you have to replace them it seems on Tire Rack

when i bought my car i told the finance person as soon as i sat down not to offer me anything because whatever it was i was not interested. i made my point perfectly clear and i may have even sounded like a jerk but i didnt care! i got the car exactly how i wanted it and anything you buy from a dealer is a ripoff anyway!
so she was very nice about it i was in and out of that office in about 15 minutes.
