NAVI mod question
It's worth noting that by applying these two steps, the non-navigation functions of the onboard computer (radio, MP3 player, phone integration, etc) will all function as if the car is stopped at all times -- which means no nanny-features.
However, the navigation computer will still be able to detect that the car is moving, and hence its nanny features will kick in for nav menus only. i.e. you will still not be able to enter destinations while moving unless you use the software override menu.
The wiring hack ONLY enables those functions that the navigation override does not already fix.
