the time has come
After waiting a couple months, I think its about the right time I head to Longo Lexus and purchase an IS350 with lux and nav package. Will I be able to negotiate 2-3 grand off sticker price by now? Should I wait a little more if I want that kind of deal? If so, how much more should I wait? Have some of the bugs been worked out by now? What do you guys think?

I don't know about that,, Lots of ppl have gotten $500-$1,500 off, not
sure about $3,000.. From what I've seen, You should expect up to $2,000
off... Also, if i were you, Id wait a fw more months until the ML is avaiable..
That is, if having a great stock sound system is worth spending another $1,600
to you... The only regret i have is not trying harder or waiting longer to find a
ML equipped IS350

I wouldn't mind ML but since i'm not an audio buff I think I will be satisfied with the stock sound system. I will try to go to Longo this weekend since they probably have a greater selection and will probably give me a better deal than Santa Monica Lexus or Beverly Hills Lexus which are more local.

Just bought my is350 with premium and nav less than 3 weeks ago. I got about 2300 off. All 6 dealers I dealth with in San Diego, LA, LB, did not want to discount a Sport or Lux package IS350. I hope you have more luck.

It's actually been my experience that norcal dealerships say that you will be able to get more of discount on the package cars than strippers. Of course they are trying to sell you a more expensive car but then it makes sense that you can knock off more for that car. More equipment means more profit for the dealer you can negotiate with.
