It is a very easy adjustment, but one that should really be made be a trained professional on an alignment rack. It is the same adjustment mechanism used to set front toe.

thre is an earlier post about this. Some people had alignment problems that the delaer repaired becuase the sterring wheel was off a few degrees. I think some required a new set of tires.

Alignment may be ok you steering wheel needs to be centered. Either way it's a trip to the alignment shop.

Yeah a lot of people have that problem. I have that problem but I haven't had a chance to go to the dealer and talk about it.

Default Steering wheel off

This happened a few years back on my Explorer, the dealer said the steering wheel yoke was misaligned - which basically means (I think anyway) that the grooves on the wheel didn't line up with the grooves on the steering column - they removed the wheel and lined it up and it was good to go. In my particular instance the vehicle was tracking straight and true so I DID NOT think it was an alignment issue - it was just the wheel was "off- center".
