Does "Title Status: Clear" mean that it has no previous registered owner? If so, this car should be a demo car of some sort.

This car can be a demo or dealer rewind (original buyer couldn't afford payments).

By demo are we talking loaner car... or just a car they use that everyone test drives? Hmm.... i think i'd stay away from a demo "sport sedan"... I'm sure its been whipped like a runaway donkey.

(Dealer Rewind) Maybe more like, "darn, I should have gotten the is350 instead".

Yep...anything with ML is impossible in CA. I see the bidding has gone over $2,000 now. People are willing to pay that much for the ML.

People are dummies. Its not like there is a 2 year waiting list for the car. They can special order the car with ML, exactly the way you want it, you just have to wait 3 months.

The allocation spot auction is hilarious! It's over $3K now.
