1) Why does every columnist say that exact same phrase at the end of every article without providing any relevant objective information, and
It's still a good review overall of the IS and praises it nicely. The BMW comparison is unavoidable and for Lexus to put up a review but edit it to remove things that are "unfavorable" would look underhanded. So it's in their best interest to put up a favorable review with some comparison comments to show the competitive nature of Lexus and the vehicle.
I honestly think that there is an established understanding between BMW and journalists. I really think that they are monetarily taken care of by BMW to make such statements. Someone is getting rich
