i was ready to buy an is250 in cash for $35 otd. 1st dealer i went to....best they would do is $36,400 otd.... so otd i go.. got home, get a phone call... telling me to come back and they'll do a deal for $36k otd. even telling me employees can't get that much of a discount. told them i just got home and that deal isn't good enough for me to drive back out there. told them to call me when they'll do $35k otd.... haven't heard from them since. no worries, i'm in no hurry. probably end up buying from a local dealer a few months down the line.

I'm sure by february you'll be able to get that kind of deal, maybe even a better deal. You said "door" twice.

IS250AWD+LUX+NAV ($39834 MSRP)

$500 off MSRP
KBB+10% for trade in.

Took a week, and walked away twice just to get that. Hopefully will get the car before December...can't wait...just in time for the snow!

If my dealership lives up to the promises tomorrow, I will glady pay MSRP to get a car in November. Otherwise, we're gonna have problems.

In the first five years with the car, you could easily go through 4-5 sets of tires, so that works out to between $3600-5000 worth of rubber. And you said they gave you lifetime. Wow. You defintely got a good deal with that one.

Yes. Maybe not in your neck of the woods, but with the power of the internet I gaurantee you'll find a dealer that will do -$1000.

hehe, using the internet you will be able to contact every lexus dealership in america in one day. you can email every one of them and in 24-48 hours, you should have a $1000 off deal in your inbox. couldn't do that in 1991.

Wow, that's great; where did you find that? And what was it for? (i.e. 250 AWD, 350 w/Premium, etc.)
