For some, it does. For some, it does not.
Sit in the car and try it out. Because of the 10 way adjustable seats, you can lower/rise and tilt the seat, and recline the back. For some tall people who like their seats low and reclined, they'll fit. But if you like your seats high and upright, then the headroom is tight.

I test drove an IS 350 last night. I'm 6'2", and I had plenty of headroom. I probably could have raised the seat a little higher, and I still would have been fine. Like Philip said, it probably is going to depend on how you have the seat positioned.
