.US build site sucks. You can only build what Lexus wants you to build for your REGION. Enter different zip codes, and you'll see different options and bundles. For example, there is no PCS listed on the "build your own" for GS430's on the west coast. Even though it is an option that can be part of a special order build.
Don't confuse "build your own" with special order build.
