Speaking of Push Start ignition, is there a way to put the car into accessory mode and then shut it down again without having to start the engine?

If it's anything like the pushbutton ignition on our Infiniti, you simply press the button without having your foot on the brake. The car will only start with your foot on the brake. Otherwise it cycles between off and accessory.

Yes. without pushing the foot brake, just press the PUSH START button once for accessories. Twice in consecutive pushes to start. To turn off the ACC setting, just press the PUSH START button once.

Wow sounds like it really is "smart". One question though, what does it mean when the car disables itself and how is it re-enabled?
