I'm actually 99.9% sure that at least the brake lights will be LED's. Maybe not the taillights (the ones that are on when the headlights are on), or the turn signal indicators, but at least the brakelights. It's a safety thing because they light up brighter and faster which results in more driver awareness (the driver behind you, that is). I'm pretty sure I remember reading a review of it that explained the usage of LED's in the brakelights. I don't remember which one though.

I had this demo'd to me when I went to see the IS350 in person this week. The car has a speed and tach alarm feature that can be set. You set both alarms through a menu accessed via the small readout in the instrument cluster (where the Outside Temp display is in the photo). As you set the alarms, the actual speedo and tach needles will move to indicate the setting you want. Once you select the limits, then the orange ring illuminates as it shows on the picture. If I recall correctly, the orange ring illumination is temporary when saving the setting, but it will re-appear when the limit is reached.
For example, you can set a speed alarm of 80MPH and a tach alarm of 6,000RPM. When either are exceeded, the alarm will sound and the orange ring will illuminate to show you which limit you are exceeding - speed or tach.
