I went to install OEM wiper inserts on my 2007 IS350.
When, I ordered them the Lexus Parts catalog said the Left and Right are the same. However they are not. The passenger side is shorter than the driver side.
Passenger side is 500mm while Driver side is 550mm

Odd, it shows it's available for shipping for me at Bell Lexus. 85214-53090 shows it was superseded by 85214-53090 so they should be the same size. Your other options is ordering from Arrowhead Lexus which had better prices than Bell Lexus last time I ordered parts from them a few years ago or you could order from any of the other online Lexus dealerships.

The 85214-0E140 inserts came and they are 500mm just like the original passenger side insert. Wonder what the difference is between this new blade and the 5214-53090 as the size is the same are 500mm.
