Default Bad Alternator?

hey guys, my 2011 IS250 have been acting up lately. I assume is the alternator, but i wanna hear from u guys.

i was normally driving and out of nowhere the car hit me with this combo:

-Steering wheel hard af and Power steering light on
-battery light on
-Ac only cold when running the car
-radio going on and off

and last, turned of the car and not able to turn it on, had to jump it.

Already replaced the battery cause it was old, but again, not able to turn on the car cause it’s dead.

If someone has been thru something similar or knows what’s going on, i’ll be glad to hear from you guys. Hopefully is just the alternator so i can replace it asap.

Check voltage at the battery with the engine running if you don't have a volt meter get one of these.

Most likely it's the alternator. I had something similar happened a few years ago. Power steering gone out so it was very hard to turn, and battery light came on -- I think some other lights also came on.

A couple days before that, I actually smelled something like circuits/wires being burned when in the car.

It’s the alternator. Happened to me at 200k miles. Just need to replace it. It’s easy but not but doable and in many respects it’s easy. Upgrade your connecting cables / ground cables while you’re there, it makes a big difference in stability, especially when the ac is running.
