Default Screen Glitching

I randomly got this when I was driving and it hasn’t gone away. It’s just copying the same pixels across a small section of the screen but that area is still responsive to touch. I don’t think it’s the digitizer, which I’ve seen people online have. I’m gonna try to disconnect the battery for a half hour and see if that fixes it. Here’s what it looks like below, anyone have this before?

You can try taking it out and replug all the cables -- including the ribbon cable to the screen.
