Default Having issue turning traction control off.

So I have a 2007 lexus is350 and whenever I try to turn tc off by holding down the button, it only turns off vsc. Ive tried doing the pedal dance multiple times, but didnt turn off tc either. Ive heard and seen that to turn off tc you have to hold down the button for 10 seconds but that doesnt work. I have read online to turn tc off fully you must pull a fuse or relay to cause lights to pop on the dash but I was hoping I wouldnt have to do that. Does anyone know any possible issues that can cause this or any tips on how I would turn tc off?

I think (could be wrong), holding the button only works on mid 07, fully on 08 and up.
You must stop completely and remain stopped for both. Look at my signature and follow link to my build thread, in the first few pages are the pedal dance steps, make sure you have the same procedure.

I went on your post and saw how you said to turn off tc but after doing the pedal dance twice yesterday and twice today it still doesn't do anything. I did look at my door jamb and it says my Lexus was built December 12 of 2007, so I don't know why I'm still having this issue. When your IS is on, does the traction control have a light behind it illuminating the button? Mine doesn't, so possibly the previous owner might've blown a fuse. But thank you for your response, hopefully I can figure this out soon.
