Default 2013 IS250 headlight aiming…

I bought these on Amazon. I’m a little disappointed so far, but if I can aim them, I’ll be fine. Anyone ever buy these? Should I have just gone with OEM and spent the $600+(cause now that I look, it looks like real OEM is way more) bucks? Ughhh.

I want to level these and am totally unsure how you do that with these. https://a.co/d/8SOsGNS

Do they not have the standard gears for adjustment? Usually the vertical is visible with the engine cover off while the horizontal is recessed and there's a space slotted in the body of the engine bay to guide the screwdriver to it. Might vary slightly by model but if they're adjustable it shouldn't be hard to see the gears.

I don’t see anything that stands out. I pulled my plastics off the drivers side and the front. I don’t see any holes to access. Did I buy headlights that do absolutely zero?

I’m on a Lexus forum and I feel like no one can remotely speak to this, and that’s crazy to me. Has no one bought these headlights before? I can’t see spending Idk, $1,200 or more on new OEM. That’s insanity.

it does not appear to me there is some kind of adjustment. I can take a picture of them if need be. I appreciate any help. They have a very low downward angle and I’m using high beams now to even be somewhat able to see at night.

You posted a link to a product that shows zero pictures that aren't face on so there's nothing anyone has to work with. There are a lot of IS owners but you're asking a lot to have someone who has experience with a random generic brand of headlights to happen across your post in only a couple of days.

Yes, I'd recommend taking pics of the rear of the housing as best you can so anyone taking time out of their own lives to try and help you with your issue have something to work from.

I get that you're frustrated but you're better off not directing that at members here that you're seeking input from.

There is a little Silver gear wheel with teeth on back. It has a slot/trench/grove in the plastic, for guiding a Philips screw driver to go into. It adjust up and down.

Normally if you look in your front plastic engine bay covers above the headlights under the hood. You should see a U with arrows on each end and a U & D = Up/Down. That tells you which way to turn. Take a pic of the back and post it.
