AC button flashing, red fluid leak, and loud squeaking
08’ Lexus is250 problem
Hey so I just bought an 08’ Lexus is250 3 days ago and everything worked perfect. Last night I decided to clean the intake valves using crc and did everything the instructions said. Well today after work I was driving and noticed the ac temperature was room temperature and the ac button light was flashing, so I pulled into the gas station. I get out and see red liquid leaking from under. I open the hood and something is smoking. After I drive less than a mile a loud squeaking sound starts happening. Anyone know what it could be?

See if the serpentine belt is still there, check coolant level, and see if the engine still turns over (don’t drive it or run it). I am assuming it’s Toyota SLLC and not ATF? What kind of fluid is leaking?
Early IS and GS with the -FSE motor suffer water pump failures; bad bearings was the cw on the reason IIRC. Some lost engines to it because when the coolant goes, there’s nothing to trigger an overheat warning so the engine eventually seizes if you keep driving it. Don’t drive a car leaking any fluid that badly unless you know precisely what you are doing; you will likely cause substantial damage to one system or another.
