Default Ac not blowing

I've got a 2006 is350 and the ac/heater/defroster aren't blowing air at all unless I'm moving at high speeds and even then, it's just a really light breeze regardless of the setting. I thought it could have been the blower motor so I took that out and on the surface it looks good and spins good so I don't think it's that. Does anyone have any idea on what this could be?

Have you checked the fuse for the blower motor? Since you can find it easy did you check the voltage across the fan as you change the speeds/turn it on or off?

I checked all the fuses on the driver and passenger side of the car and everything was fine, but I'm not sure how I check the voltage of the fan while turning the speeds/turning it on and off

If you pulled the fan out already then you've probably removed the electrical connector from the car to the blower. You'll need to use a voltmeter to look at the leads going to the fan and measure this to see if there is any voltage being applied to the fan itself. There are plenty of youtube vids showing how to do this.

Would you say the breeze you feel is because. Your AC is set for fresh air circulation?

If you engage the blower while lower foot well panel is off. Can you feel, or see the blower spinning?

The ISx50 now are equipped with an AC amplifier vs previous models used resistor modules.

You'd have to Google the AC amplifier, but below is the AC resistor.
