tire size question ?

I have a 2011 is250 with 235 / 40 / 18's on the front and 235 / 45 /18's on the rear. I was wondering if I could change to a 235 / 45 / 18 for the front tire without any problem ?

Easiest way to find out, switch the rear wheels to the front.
