Default Won’t Start after replacing Alternator

So I replaced the Alternator, it was a task but I got it done, started the car the car, I had to jump it because the battery was dead, everything was working great, I let the car run for awhile, after about 20min the car just shutoff and now I can’t get it to restart. I tried jumping it and the dash lit up but wouldn’t start. I charged the battery, it had 13v and still nothing, I checked all the fuses. The diagram shows I have a 150A Alt fuse but it’s not in the location it says it is. I took to the battery to get It tested. Where is the Alt Fuse located and if it is in the fuse box under the hood how do I get to it??

Wild guess. The new alternator is not charging. There have been more than few cases that brand new (rebuilt) alternators were faulty and draining batteries instead of charging.
Having said that, recommended replacement is Denso 210-0657 or OEM

"I tried jumping it and the dash lit up but wouldn’t start."

Any chance you crossed the cables on that jump? That would lead to the 150a fusible link doing its job.

Don't give up my friend, I just went through a similar thing...$800 at auto electrician to diagnose blown fuse panel, get it on the road, harmonic dampener explodes (after getting wrong parts shipped twice), fix that, still getting water in car, fix that...now I think finally there. These are great cars, and well worth the effort...especially compared to buying anything new
