Question Advice on purchasing is300

Hey guys I've been on the hunt for a is300 for a really long time now and I've finally found one that is appealing. It's a 03 auto with about 80,000 miles. There's multiple records for maintenance and work done such as the tensioner pulley drive belt, timing chain belt, and other things. The only thing that somewhat concerns me is the car being on it's fourth owner. It also appears to be in great cosmetic in appearance besides a sticky dash and some scratches. The seller wants around 10,500, Is it a fair asking price? Is the amount of owners a red flag?

It seems like a good candidate for consideration. I'd check it out, drive it, see how you like it and if it's worth the 10k. Consider what else you could buy with that money, and if it's worth it, go for it. 80k miles is not a lot, and that's great it's already had the timing belt done even before 90k. It also depends on where you are in the country, different markets have different prices. So, look around at others in the area to compare, if there are any. If not, probably get the appealing one while it lasts.
