Default Hesitation when revving

Hey hows it going I dont know if I'm doi g this right but I need answers. I have 2001 is300 auto (obv) when I rev it up it like chokes first then revs like bogs down when i press down On pedal . I have done quite a bit to it .

Timing belt and water pump (was doing hesitation before I did timing)
Brand new vvti solenoid and cam gear
new maf
New plugs
All gaskets besides the head gasket
changed out throttle body with a lightly used one
Couple new vacuum hoses new vacuum switch valve
New thermostat
New radiator

Can this hesitation when I rev it be from the evap canister by the tank? I'm pretty sure I have a leak I just changed a couple evap things under the hood idk if that was my problem still waiting to drive cycle car for emissions I had catless headers that I just switched out for high flow catted headers. I know a lot about the car from owning it for couple years now any help would be appreciated thank you.

Evap stuff will not cause the issue. I would look at the fuel pump assembly. The pup filter or regulator may be bad. Other than that the injectors could be getting ba. But usually that would get miss fires. Also I know you swapped the throttle body. But clean it real well please.

I'm thinking its the fuel filter I read up on symptoms and it's got to be that. I seen on this forum and others that the fuel filter is a life time part and that's a bunch of lies I deff think that's what's going on with my 01. I believe someone said that this is what it might be. I'm goi g to order it from.rock is 19$ and I can do it myself.
