Performance built referrals.

Hello all,
Looking for a shop to build my 02 is300.
Could anyone refer me to the best performance shop in southern cali. Price is not an issue as long it's done right.

If price is no issue then either go to Colorado to have figs engineering do it or have sikky build you a car.
