Default Odd P1346, 1349 problem and solution

A week ago I posted was having issues with these codes well I finally took it in to the shop and the problem is fixed. The plug on the block that melts if you over heat the engine fell into the bottom of the timing belt case and knocked around the timing belt so it was off 1 tooth on the crank and 2 on the intake. Very odd and 700$ total later between 02 sensors and VVT solenoid just for that. At least that better be the issue because the mechanic I go to is a rip off like most

Those washers are from rebuild suppliers. Are only present on mass produced rebuilt engines.

I said it was a possibility. I also said to check them. So I would not be condescending. Specially when you do not know what was wrong or how to find the issue at the time. You asked on a public forum. Anyone can answer. You are the one that interpreters the answers. You are the one who is responsible if you use or do not use the information.

If I recll. You said the timing was fine.
