Reno, NV PPI recommendation?
I posted this over at My.IS as well, but it seems like this forum is a little better-trafficked.
I'm going to check out a SportCross in Reno, NV today, and if I like what I see I plan to get a PPI (pre-purchase inspection) prior to making an offer.
I've done a fair bit of googling, but I can't find any specific recommendations. I've read dealers can do a PPI, but they aren't typically familiar with the quirks of a specific older car (i.e. a 2002 IS300). I was looking for a mechanic specializing in Lexus, and all I could find was Preferred Auto Care: Honda, Acura, Toyota, Lexus & Subaru Repair - not exactly a Lexus specialty place.
I was wondering if you guys had any suggestions for a PPI? It's a cheaper car, so I'm not looking for a high-end specialty shop that will charge $300-500; I think I'd be comfortable with a cheaper ($100-300) option.
