Hi guys

this screw fell out from the car whilst driving. It made an awful sound as it bounced around and knocked against the wheels. I think it’s from the cover tray underneath. Doesn’t seem to be from suspension. I checked those bolts and nuts and all seems fine. Can someone confirm if they know what this screw is for ?
