Question Drop Kit

Hi everyone,
i have been a user of this website from the time i got my IS300, its a 2001 Electric Green fully loaded. i recently decided to start minor mods on the car and the first thing that came into my mind was to drop it down. next thing i knew was i pulled up to this store called RACING EVOLUTION they said that they could do a lot of stuff to my IS as long as i was willing to spend the $$$. anywayz i didnt have a clue for most of the things he was talking bout, i only had general ideas. well he told me to put racing springs on the car that would drop it to 1.4" and would cost me around $800CAD. i decided not to hurry and do some research before i buy the springs. please if someone could give me a crash course into what are good makes to go with coz after all we are all dirving Lexus's here and these are cars we dont wanna mess around with prior knowledge, its not like hondas. okay i will be anxiously waiting for a reply. some other mods that iam willing to do rightaway on the car would be

-drop kit(already mentioned)
-exhaust kit
-rear wing
-trd front grill
-19" performance rims
-bodykit

okay so i have a long way to go but i might even give my car in for everything to be done which would take around two weeks getting the body kit painted included. okays guys.

yes you are right and on the other hand i also think 19" would not be a very wise decision because i got easily run into potholes and expensive repairs.

well if you have 19, the ride would be harsher, but if you are relatively careful and keep the right amount of tire pressure it should be fine. i have seen people cracking their stock 17" on potholes, so things happen i have been running 19" on my gs4 for so long and it's still ok
