Looking to buy a first car. Posted an ad on Kijiji looking for one around 4k with 170k kms. One responded and he has a 2002 IS300 from Oregon. It has 190k kms and he wants 3800 for it. I'll attach pictures. The car looks real great I'm just trying to see any opinions on what I should do. He says it is e tested and safetied and he will ship it to me ( we are both in Canada and he lives 19 hours away from me) he says I can pay half while it ships and then I can get it checked see if I like it then I can pay the rest. Need some help making a decision, thought asking the forums would be a decent idea.
