Yellow tint and advertizing

Yellow tint and advertizing
Hi,
I own a yellow IS 300 and I'd like to have the windows tinted yellow as well. Does anyone know where in San Diego I can have this done without breaking the bank?
Also, I've seen those cars painted with advertisements, does anyone have any contact info as to where this can be done?

IMO you should not get the yellow tint. 
The advertisements on the car will look too ricey!!
If you lower your car, get a clean body kit, and some rims it will look sweet.
BTW, you don't have to get the advertisements painted on the car. They are just vinyl decals.
