Car bouncing in reverse

Car bouncing in reverse
2005 IS300 with around 110k miles
So when I'm in reverse, the car does this bouncing motion at low speeds. It does not do it in Drive going forward.
My first thought is something like a transmission or motor mount?
Also, not sure if it's related, there's some bad low speed clunking noises when going forward, but the bouncing sensation is not there.
