Default Head unit wiring. No power

Hey people I recently bought an IS and it didn't have a head unit in it. In the glove box I found a harness that plugs into 1 of the females on the back of the factory head unit. Is there supposed to be another harness for the the second female or us that for an amp? Anyways, I wired it up, matched all the colors and it has no power. After matching all the colors I was left with 1 black coming from the car itself, and a white/blue coming from the unit harness. Strange how they don't match up. If anyone has any knowledge on the wiring with this car I could really use some help. This gets frustrating real quick when I'm trying to switch wires around.

Nobody has any help? I have a decent project here and have 2 threads created with no replies on either. I've done head units before but it just didn't add up right with the last few wires. Does anyone know what fuse powers the radio?

Sorrry that no one helped on your threads, I don't own an IS any more so I don't know off the top of my head where exactly the radio fuse is, but try adding a few pictures into the thread, That always helps with your questions!

I'll post pictures in a few hours once I pull it out. I spoke to someone I bought a few parts off and he said there should be 2 male connectors running into it. I only have 1 and I don't see where the second would be.
