I recently bought a 2002 IS300 and I wanted to buy an altezza bumper. Is their any way to modify the crash bar to fit the altezza bumper with the lip?

I think you need the Altezza crashbar.

You might want to seach the forum my.is for this answer. Most diehard IS300 owners are more active on there than in here
