Keep getting cylinder 5 misfire-.-

Keep getting cylinder 5 misfire-.-
I have a 2001 is300 with 142,000 miles recently stared to get this misfire so i changed all the plus, spark plug wires and even the coils. thinking that would solve it but no.. So i did some more research and saw someone changed there injector so i tried that and im still getting it. any ideas on what to do next?
