I just replaced mine. You need to pull down the headliner in the back to get at the 2 bolts that hold the antenna to the roof. Loosen the 2 rear c-pillars. You don't need to remove the whole roof liner, but it would make things a lot easier. There's a plastic piece covering the 2 nuts. You'll just pull this off. The 2 nuts are 10mm. I just grabbed a socket and loosened them by hand (they're not on very tight at all). But, if you need to use a ratchet, use one with along handle so you only have to turn it a little to break the torque holding the nut down. After that if you follow the 2 wires to a bracket just off center of the car on the passenger side. The antenna wire just pulls out. The power wire you need to squeeze the connector. Good news is it does come out easy.

For install I just held a socket in my hand and tightened the nuts until they stopped moving. So they're a strong hand-tight
