Default 01 Lexus is300 code P1127 troubleshooting

Recently got engine code P1127 on my 01 lexus is300. I need help anyone here familiar with that code??

Check the Electronic Throttle Control System (ETCS) fuse in the engine compartment junction block. That's a power source fault, indicating that the throttle actuator isn't getting source voltage.

I checked the fuse but it is fine no blown fuses. Could it be a lose or bad wire or maybe a bad ecu??

I currently have a p1127 code on a 2002 es300 with 188k miles & I'm looking for possible solutions.

Any help offered would be greatly appreciated.
