To start off I have Google searched Lexus forums and I can't find anyone with this setup. I found one IS300 on another site, but their offset for the rear was different. Offsets are a foreign language for me. I was so seeing if these wheels would fit a stock setup on an IS300? If they do are there modifications to the fenders I would need? Thanks for the help.

I have 17x9 +26, my car is lowered and I had to roll the fenders.

I would say you'll be fine on stock suspension if you run 45s
