so im looking to buy my first car tomorrow, its a 2001 lexus is300 with 210,000km, roughly 130,000 miles. hes asking $4000, but we agreed on $33750 a few days ago, and says he has a guy coming on sunday from far away to pick it up 100% at $4000. so i matched his $4000 and said i could get it tomorrow. it comes with quite of bit done to it and 3 sets of rims and tires. now that i think about it and am less hyped about getting my first car, it seems to good to be true, the pictures on the ad are poor but the ones he sent me look to be in good shape, im just not sure if its worth the $4000 or if hes trying to get rid of it fast because it has issues. any advice on this? it also doesnt come with a used vehicle information package, i looked it up and it says that its required
