Hello, Im currently looking at a new car to buy. I have narrow it down to two different cars.. BMW 330 and the IS300. I have tested BMW in 6-speed and it was fun!!!! but i've only tested the IS in Automatic, which was fun too!!! But i was wondering if you could tell how good the manual gear-box is in a Lexus, I've heard that it is not that great???

Could you please tell if it is or not?? and why?

 

5spd....is well....AWESOME! Def. get it over the Auto...Not sayin the 5spd is better...But if you want a true performing car than take the 5spd...But if you plan on Turbo later on take the Auto its hold some incredible power on the stock tranny.....-Matt

 

wait, first of all?? bimmer 6 speed is out already?

anyway, 5 speed and 6 speed are the same. 6 speed doesn't really gain you much at all. it's more of a marketing scheme
