Q re: offsets - if I can't find rims with high offsets, in the 44-48mm range (near OEM), do I need wheel spacers for smaller offsets like 25-35 range . . . or no ? I am not planning any staggered set-up.
I tried ordering some rims through Discount Tire Direct, but the rep said the offset of the rims I selected was too low and would not clear the brakes.

The pics I posted with polished wheels here ore the numbers....
Fronts 18x8 offset 47 with 245/40/18
Rears 18x9.5 offset 63 with 265/35/18
hope this helps. Car is lowered 2 inches with Tein Springs. Nothing fancy.
