Question Oil weight

What's a proper weight for 190xxx miles? Synthetic!

5w30 will work if you don't have any leaks. If the seals are all original, and you have never used synthetic, you might get leaks if you do.

I'm at 190k, I use 5w-30 synthetic.

I think that's what happened previous owner used regular oil and I switched to synthetic and I got a small leak from the top left to cams. That helped thanx
