Default Limp mode

I have replaced the plugs, wires coil packs throttle body tps and the accelerator position sensor. I have cleaned the mass air flow and tried resetting the ecu by disconnecting the batter for about 5 minutes and it is still in limp mode. I cant get it over 3000 rpm even in park and it only goes between 20 and 30 mph. Any ideas are very helpful because I am lost and getting irritated.
