Just out of curiosity, how did you confirm the coils and wires were good? Any check engine lights?

probably your valve stems are going bad? Any chance of your valve cover gasket leaking?

Did u change the plugs? If so, swap cyl#5 plug with any other plug and run it. Ive had new bad plugs. Delivery guy dropped them. Then swap coils if #5 comes up again. Then u can rule out coil &plug problem.
