Air Intake's run about that much, strut tower braces run about $100, and some axle-back exhaust systems run around 200-300$.
Exterior, there are some bumbers n lips that run around $300.
but i'm not too sure if thats what you were looking for lol

I say if you have a drill (strong drill much better imo), buy a DIY headlight cleaning kit, a 3M wet or dry 1000-2500 grit variety pack of sand paper, and optional 3000 grit trizak pad (although i believe the kit will come with one already) which will make a big difference from my experience.
Tape around the headlights (I say two layers of tape to make sure), clay headlights if you do have clay bar, and start wet sanding. From the picture I saw you posted earlier, your headlights don't look REALLY bad, so I say start wetsanding with 1000 and slowly work your way up to 2500 and then the trizak. Lastly, polish! I am no expert, but it works out really well for me. Have done several headlights and they all come out looking MUCH MUCH better.

Before I bought my DA polisher, i bought the 3M kit and it worked. A polisher yields better results but using the drill kit works well too. It will definitely be an improvement.

The lens is plastic. becarfull with the tabs they break easily i broke one and hate seeing it everytime i look at my headlites but the mod is easy. the hardest part is cleaning out all the sylicone but i jus kept putting it back in the oven and scrape till its hard again and repeat the process. flat head and a knife work great. Make sure when ur putting it back together u have a solid amount of sylicone in there u dont want any hole to form. then ull have to tear the whole thing apart again. couple tips to help u out.
