2002 is300 rough idle

2002 is300 rough idle
i have a Lexus is300 that will idle rough when the engine warms up and i am getting a P1349 code, and it will occasanilly stall.
I have cleaned the mass air flow sensor,cleaned the oil control valve filter and tested the oil control valve.But still have the same issue.
i am new to the forum,any help would be greatly appreciated

two possibilities - bad cam sensor or slipped / incorrectly installed timing belt..
