Computer chip

I was told that there is a computer chip for a lexus is300......?

I've yet to see one. All the chips in the ecu are soldered onto the circuit board. Only seen piggy backs and Jap ecu.

how much horsepower do this add? i read on is300.net that intake will not work unless you have piggyback ecu, is this the same thing? where can i get one? do i need an ecu for the prolex intake?
