My headlight leveling dash light has been on for quite some time.... Now its flashing... Whats the problem???? 02 IS300....

 

most likely one was breaking off and now it finally did or one went out. Usually the front one is the one that brakes.

One thing you could do is remove them, Open them up and make sure they are not rusted inside. If they are you can use ball point pen spring to rebuild the original springs, clean, and seal up with silicone. After checking these things if one is still bad stop by the dealer and let them tell you which one. Then buy it and do it yourself
