Hello everyone, I just purchased an is300 and I am new to the forums.

I am currently having some problems with the a/c and passenger windows and wondering if anyone can help. So usually(not always) when I start the car, the the ac/heater doesn't work as well as the 3 passenger windows(the driver window works).

When I start to drive the car, (about couple of minutes later the ac/heater kicks in and the windows start to work properly. Not sure what it could be. Any suggestions?
