I've heard a lot of good things about them. I'm not sure about other vendors, but Fig will allow you to choose custom spring rates at no charge. Make sure you specify if you want the normal kit or the Extreme lowering version.

If you don't request custom rates, you will probably get the default. IIRC it's 10/6. He also offers an optional upgrade to Swift springs of your desired rates. Currently, 12/10 and 14/12 seem to be the most popular rates. It seems like most of the people wanting 14/12 get it to reduce rubbing by reducing suspension travel.

It all depends on what you like. It looks like the default is actually 10/8, not 10/6. If you're just dropping it for looks, and you don't like a very firm ride, 10/8 would be good for you. I was a little worried about getting 12/10 rates on my Stance GR+, but once installed, it didn't seem bone-jarring at all. Of course, we may have different definitions of "Too stiff." I think you'd best off talking to Fig before you make a decision, but before that, you need to figure out what your goals and needs are.

Good luck.
